EMDR for Trauma and More

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapeutic approach designed to help you process and heal from traumatic experiences. It involves guided eye movement or other forms of bilateral stimulation to facilitate the reprocessing of distressing memories. This technique aims to reduce the emotional impact of traumatic memories, promoting healing and resilience. EMDR can be for various conditions, including PTSD, anxiety and depression.  I am an EMDR Certified therapist, which means that I completed the basic EMDR training plus an additional year of consultation, practice and education.
