You understand your patterns. You just can't seem to stop repeating them.

Individual therapy for the ways your past shows up in your relationships.

Maybe you keep choosing the wrong people. Or you find someone good and then pull away. Maybe you're in a relationship right now but feel disconnected — from your partner, or from yourself. Or you're recovering from a breakup or betrayal that hit harder than you expected.

Whatever brought you here, something in your relationship life isn't working the way you want it to. And you've probably already tried to think your way out of it.

This is where therapy can actually help.

Relationship patterns don't live in your head — they live in your nervous system, shaped by early experiences of attachment, safety, and love. Understanding them intellectually is a start. But real change happens when we work at a deeper level, with the parts of you that are still protecting old wounds.

What we might work on together:

  • Why you're drawn to people who aren't available — emotionally or otherwise

  • Fear of intimacy, commitment, or being truly known

  • People-pleasing, losing yourself in relationships, or chronic over-giving

  • Recovering from a painful breakup, betrayal, or divorce

  • Anxious or avoidant patterns that keep you stuck

  • Building the self-trust and self-worth that healthy relationships require

How I work:

I draw on attachment theory, EMDR, and IFS-informed approaches to help you understand not just what you do in relationships — but why, and what it would take to do something different. This isn't about fixing you. It's about helping the parts of you that learned to protect themselves in old ways finally feel safe enough to let something new in.
