Your mind won't quiet down. And you're not sure your life is going in the right direction.
Therapy for anxiety, overthinking, and the feeling that something needs to change.
Maybe you're high-functioning on the outside — keeping up with work, relationships, responsibilities — while internally you're exhausted from a mind that never stops. The worry, the what-ifs, the replaying of conversations. You manage it, mostly. But managing it isn't the same as actually feeling okay.
Or maybe it's less about anxiety and more about direction. You've hit a point where the path you're on doesn't feel right anymore — but you can't quite see what else is possible. A career that no longer fits. A version of yourself you've outgrown. A sense that you're living someone else's idea of your life
.
Either way, you're ready for something to actually shift.
What we might work on together:
-
Anxiety, worry, and overthinking that interferes with your daily life
-
The gap between how you appear to others and how you actually feel inside
-
Major life transitions — career changes, identity shifts, what comes next
-
Feeling disconnected from yourself or unclear about what you want
-
Breaking patterns of perfectionism, self-criticism, or chronic stress
-
Building a life that feels genuinely yours
How I work:
I take an integrative approach — drawing on EMDR, IFS, attachment theory, and mindfulness to work with both the thinking mind and the nervous system underneath it. Sometimes anxiety is a signal worth listening to. Sometimes it's an old protection that's outlived its usefulness. Together we'll figure out which is which, and find a way through.
